Had a great workout today. Swam in the morning and ran at night. Sounds like a perfect day, minus having to go to work in between.
Swim:
1*300m warm up
3*500m (12.28, 12.33, 12.35)
1*200m cool down.
Run:
1*1.2km warm up
2*2.4km easy (13.35, 14.02)
stretching and walking for cool down.
Eh.. nothing more to add except it was a good day and great workout =)
